Shrimp Salad
ingredients
1 lb. cooked fresh or frozen shrimp, diced into small pieces
1 medium onion, diced
1 medium bell pepper, diced
1 14.5-oz. can diced tomatoes
2 medium fresh tomatoes, diced
1 cup lemon juice
1/2 cup orange juice
1/2 tsp. salt
Black pepper and hot sauce to taste
preparation
Mix first eight ingredients together. Add black pepper and hot sauce to taste. Chill, then serve.
