Roasted Brussels Sprouts With Ham

ingredients

3 lb. Brussels sprouts, ends trimmed and halved lengthwise

1/4 cup chopped low-fat reduced-sodium ham

2 Tbsp. olive oil

3 garlic cloves, sliced

Salt and pepper to taste

2 Tbsp. freshly grated Parmesan cheese

1. Preheat the oven to 400º F.

2. Combine all ingredients except the Parmesan cheese in a 9- by 12-inch baking dish coated with cooking spray. Bake for about 25 minutes until lightly browned.

3. Sprinkle with the cheese and serve.
