Kiwi Pineapple Relish

ingredients

3 medium kiwifruit, peeled and
    cut into 1/2-inch cubes
1/2 cup fresh diced pineapple
1 small red bell pepper, cored, seeded,
    and diced
2 scallions (white part only), minced
1/2 small jalapeño pepper, seeded
    and minced
1 Tbsp. honey or brown sugar
1/4 tsp. ground cumin

8 servings (makes 2 cups)
Serving size: 1/4 cup
Preparation time: 15 minutes

In a small bowl, combine the ingredients, mixing well. Cover and refrigerate until serving time. Cover and refrigerate leftovers; use within 3 days. This relish is tasty as a condiment for tilapia, grilled chicken, as a sandwich spread, and on fresh greens.
