Hearts of Palm Salad

4 cups salad greens
2 (14-oz.) cans hearts of palm, drained and sliced
1 medium avocado, thinly sliced
2 medium tomatoes, thinly sliced
Dressing
1/4 cup canola oil
Juice of two limes
1 1/2 tsp. allspice
1 1/2 tsp. dried thyme
1 tsp. cloves
1/2 tsp. garlic powder
1/4 tsp. nutmeg
Salt and pepper to taste

Preparation Time: 20 minutes
1. In a small bowl, whisk together the dressing ingredients.
2. Add the lettuce to a platter. Top with the hearts of palm, avocado, and tomatoes. Drizzle dressing over salad and serve.
