Greek-Style Pizza

ingredients

10 oz. refrigerated pizza dough

1 Tbsp. olive oil, divided

3 garlic cloves, finely minced

2 tsp. minced fresh oregano

1/2 cup bottled low-fat pizza sauce

1/2 cup reduced-fat crumbled feta cheese

2 Tbsp. toasted pine nuts

2 Tbsp. chopped pitted Kalamata olives (or any other black olives)

preparation

1. Preheat the oven to 425°F. Unroll the dough onto a round pizza pan that has been coated with cooking spray. Brush with half the oil. Bake for 10 minutes. Remove from the oven.

2. Meanwhile, heat the remaining oil. Add the garlic and sauté for 1 minute. Add the oregano and sauté for 1 more minute. Spread the garlic-oregano mixture onto the pizza crust.
