Grannys on the Grill
ingredients
2 large Granny Smith apples, sliced into thin wedges
1 Tbsp. lemon juice
2 Tbsp. Splenda Brown Sugar Blend
2 tsp. honey
½ tsp. cinnamon
½ tsp. butter

Cooking time: 10 minutes
1. Set an outdoor grill temperature to medium. Tear two large pieces of aluminum foil, large enough to make an envelope. Combine all the ingredients in a bowl, and mix well to combine. Divide the mixture in half between both pieces of foil, placing the mixture in the center of the foil. Wrap up the ends to seal. Place the foil packets directly on the rack. Cover the grill, and grill for about 20 to 25 minutes until apples are soft.
