Gingery Blueberry Bowl with Fresh Mint
ingredients
2 cups fresh blueberries
Juice of 1 fresh orange
1 Tbsp. lemon juice
2 Tbsp. diced crystallized ginger
1 tsp. sugar (only if necessary to temper the acidity)
2 Tbsp. fresh minced mint (You can also try apple mint, pineapple mint, or chocolate mint. Many farmers markets will have these more unusual varieties.)

Combine all the ingredients in a serving bowl. Cover and refrigerate for 30 minutes. Serve in individual dishes.
