Classic Baked Artichoke Dip
ingredients
½ cup reduced-fat mayonnaise
¼ cup grated fresh Parmesan cheese
¼ cup finely chopped celery
¼ cup finely chopped onion
2 Tbsp. minced parsley
1 tsp. garlic powder
½ tsp. fresh-ground black pepper
½ tsp. salt
Pinch ground red pepper (not included in nutritional analysis)
1 (14-oz.) can artichoke hearts, drained and chopped
12 oz. fat-free cream cheese
4 oz. reduced-fat cream cheese

1. Preheat the oven to 350°F. Coat a 2-quart casserole dish with cooking spray. In a large bowl, combine all the ingredients, and stir until well blended.
2. Spoon the mixture into the prepared dish, and bake for 30 minutes.
