Banana Croquettes

ingredients

1/4 cup light mayonnaise
1/4 cup plain, fat-free yogurt
2 Tbsp. Splenda
1/2 tsp. apple cider vinegar
2/3 cup peanuts, chopped
4 bananas, cut into halves

preparation

1. In a small bowl, mix together the mayonnaise, yogurt, Splenda, and vinegar. Place peanuts in a different small bowl.
2. Roll bananas in mayonnaise mixture and then in peanuts. Refrigerate until serving.

i have a question about this recipe if anyone can answer why does it need mayo i just doesn't sound good
