November is American Diabetes Month. We’re taking stock this season; cases of diabetes continue to rise, and it’s critical that people come together to fight this disease and its complications. To encourage diabetes awareness, we’ve put together this infographic. It explores the past, present, and future of diabetes and its treatment, illustrating just how far we’ve come—and how far we have to go to reach a life free of diabetes and all its burdens. The facts come in four flavors: diabetes, exercise, complications, and weight.

Sweet purple potato

I heard that sweet potatoes are good for people with diabetes. The Hawaiian sweet purple potato are much sweeter than other sweet potatoes. Are they as good for diabetes?

I used to eat seldom but I didn't see any change. It might be a supporting aliment absolutely, must try and continue.
