Fighting Diabetes, One Step at a Time

Next month, 100,000 people will be walking hundreds of thousands of miles to fight diabetes at American Diabetes Association Step Out: Walk to Fight Diabetes events around the country. The average walker raises $175, which, combined with the other money raised, is crucial to funding ADA research, education, and advocacy programs. There’s still time to get involved. The map at right shows the dates and locations of upcoming walks. Contact your local ADA office for more information or simply check out diabetes.org/stepout.
