Timing Exercise to Your Biological Clock

If you struggle to get out of bed for a sunrise workout, you may be better off exercising at night, a study suggests. Participants identified themselves as either morning or night people and put their muscles to the test at various times of day. The researchers found that people who don’t feel sharp in the morning are physically stronger at night. But the opposite wasn’t true of morning people; their strength remained steady at all hours.
