Healthy Fats

Dips, dressings, and spreads can bring good fats into your diet

White Bean, Greek Yogurt, and Sundried Tomato Spread

can be smeared on whole-grain toast or used as a dip. Here, steamed artichoke leaves make excellent scoops.

Spicey Peanut Sauce

goes great with grilled chicken skewers. For something different, use it to dress an Asian-inspired salad.

Avocado Herb Dressing

makes for a lively alternative to cocktail sauce (and it’s super on salad, too).
